Required documents for new registration:
- Copy of family ID card (for Saudis).
- Copies of student's ID, father's ID, and mother's ID (valid).
- Copies of student's passport, father's passport, and mother's passport.
- Copy of birth certificate.
- Copy of vaccination card.
Additional documents required for transferring from another school: All of the above documents plus:
- Original previous school certificate attested by the relevant education authority (for those coming from outside Riyadh).
- Originals of all previous certificates.
- Financial clearance from the previous school.
- Report (Print) from the Nour system.
Additional documents required for transferring from a school outside Saudi Arabia: All of the above documents plus:
- Original previous school certificate attested by the Saudi embassy in the original country.
- Originals of all previous certificates.
- Ministry of Education equivalency.
- Translation and attestation of previous certificates if not in Arabic or English.
School Fees:
- Kindergarten fees: Paid in advance per semester.
- General school fees: Paid in advance per semester.
- Registration fees for the academic year 2024-2025

Parent Instructions:
Dear parent/guardian, your cooperation with the school forms a team capable of improving students' and the school's performance in various educational and behavioral aspects. Below are some general provisions to help achieve this:
- Inform us if the student is facing any external issues that affect their academic progress.
- Feel free to visit the school for any inquiries or complaints.
- Direct communication with teachers is not permitted; please communicate with the stage administration.
- Parents are strictly prohibited from entering classrooms.
- Parents are not allowed to roam or sit in school courtyards and corridors.
- Please review and interact with the student's daily notes in their notebook.
- Pay attention to messages and phone calls from the school.
- Parents are not allowed to review exam papers; they may request a review of student grades according to school regulations, with the school forming a committee for verification.
- Maintain politeness when making inquiries or complaints.
- Avoid shouting at or insulting school staff.
- Parents may not disregard the authority of the school or challenge its decisions according to the regulations and rules of the Ministry of Education.
- Avoid interfering in student conflicts as the school is solely responsible for resolving them.
- Parents are not allowed to take their children directly from classrooms without prior permission from the section supervisor; they should wait at the student gate until dismissal.
- Parents must attend when summoned.
- No postponement or rescheduling of exams is permitted.
- Parents are advised to schedule their annual vacations according to the school year breaks and academic calendar.
- Teachers should not be given any financial incentives or gifts.
- Parents are encouraged to assist their children in reviewing their daily lessons and assignments.
- The school assigns students to classrooms, and parents have no right to intervene or object to this.
- Priority seating in the front rows is given to students with a medical excuse (medical certificate); otherwise, the school considers height when seating students, and parents cannot interfere or object to this.
Financial Obligations Instructions:
1. All students must bring an entry card from the accounting department before the start of each semester.
2.The student is not considered registered until the financial department signs and the financial contract is signed, and the school entry card is obtained.
3.Student absence does not exempt them from completing semester fees.
4.If the student is absent for one continuous month without an official excuse for absence provided by the parent and accepted by the school administration, the student's name will be removed from the school records, and the semester will not be counted.
5.If the student leaves the school and withdraws their file during the semester, the student is obligated to pay the agreed-upon percentage in the financial contract.
6.The use of illustrated books is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
7.Students are not allowed to enter the classroom without the prescribed textbooks.
8.If there are any shortages in the delivered books, the school will contact or send an SMS to the parent to collect the shortages once available.
